 Cefaclor |

Cefaclor is well absorbed after oral administration to fasting subject. Total absorption is the same whether the drug is given with or without food: however, when it is taken with food, the peak concentration achieved is 50~75% of that observed when the drug is administration of 250mg.
Cefaclor is a cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat certain infections caused by bacteria such as pneumonia and ear, lung, skin, throat, and urinary tract infections.

Indication:
Otitis media, pneumonia, larngopharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, nephropyelitis, cystitis, gonorrheal urethritis, furuncle, carbunculus, folliculitis, cellulites, infectious atheroma, subsutaneous abscess, felon, vulnus infection
