Lesulpee tablet is a medicine which has a direct influence on the myenteric plexus as a dopamine-2(DA2) antagonist and activates the muscle movement in the gastrointestinal tract. Lesulpee tablet quickly mitigates the functional dyspepsia caused by mental factors such as stress, nervous depression, and anxiety. As it selectively affects the DA2 pre-synaptic autoreceptor, it is a safe medicine. It hardly has CNS side effects such as fatigue and extrapyramidal syndrome or GI side effects such as diarrhea and abdominal pains.
