 Nissel |

Nissel inhibits the lipid peroxidation of the liver, increases the number of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, and induces the enzyme activation(similar to phenobarbital) to the cytochrome P-450 enzyme system which is important for the microsome enzyme system. In addition, Nissel deactivates poisons and has an antiinflammatory effect by inhibiting NF-kB.
The animal testing results showed that Nissel protects the liver from poison caused by CCl4 or Thioacetamide. According to the clinical trial of Nissel(10/12/1990, the 42nd Korean Association of Internal Medicine), the serum transaminase, particularly, the figure of SGPT dramatically decreased(89.5% after taking Nissel).
Nissel does not cause any physical change.
