Indications
- Gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer

- Antibiotic combination therapy for gastrointestinal ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori

Dosage & Administration
Gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer:
10~20mg once a day for up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcer and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer
Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease:
10~20mg once a day for 4 ~ 8 weeks
Symptom relief for gastroesophageal reflux disease:
10mg once daily for 4 weeks
Long-term maintenance therapy for gastroesophageal reflux disease:
10~20mg once a day
Helicobacter pylori eradication:
20mg along with clarithromycin 500mg and amoxicillin 1g, twice a day for 7 days
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome:
60~120mg once a day (up to a year of experience in administration)
